1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Startups Cult ("Startups Cult", "StartupGallery", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2. Startup Submissions & Content Ownership

Founders, creators, and community members can submit startup information, product descriptions, logos, funding milestones, and open roles to our public directory:

  • Accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information provided in a submission is accurate, authentic, and does not violate trademark or IP rights.
  • Content License: By submitting content, you grant Startups Cult a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, format, and syndicate the submitted startup materials across our platform and associated promotional channels.
  • Moderation & Removal: We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any startup listing at our sole discretion without notice if it contains false data, spam, or abusive content.

3. Featured Launches & Sponsorship Slots

Promotional Slot Terms:

  • "Featured Launch", "Promoted Spotlight", and banner placements are paid sponsorship slots.
  • Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement, financial recommendation, or editorial validation by Startups Cult.
  • All sponsorship bookings are subject to approval. Refunds for canceled bookings will be handled according to our written booking confirmation agreement.

4. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

When creating an account, you agree to provide authentic account credentials. You must not:

  • Engage in automated scraping, bot manipulation, or artificial upvoting.
  • Post offensive, defamatory, illegal, or malicious software content.
  • Attempt to compromise the security or disrupt the infrastructure of Startups Cult.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all directory listings are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Startups Cult makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of third-party startup valuations, funding figures, or hiring statuses. Under no circumstances shall Startups Cult be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the directory.
